Our Wyoming Women's Retreat is a time where we learn how to honor our inner wisdom, tune out from the daily routine and tune into the body's cravings while embracing the beauty of Pachamama.
Envision yourself awakening in the morning to wander outside for our daily yoga offering (open to every level of experience). The class combines breathwork, movement and meditation crafted together to re-energize, rejuvenate and nourish the whole body.
Conclude your night by stargazing under the great wide open midnight sky.
In between the rising and setting sun, we will explore the land on a variety of excursions including:
✨Float Adventure down the scenic North Platte River
✨Spend a day horseback riding and picnicking to a mountain side meadow.
✨Restore the body and mind while soaking in thermal waters
✨Hike and explore trails in the Medicine Bow National Forest.
✨Self Care workshops
And there will plenty of quiet time to reflect, nap and drink in the beauty of the land.
✨Some of my most empowering and introspective moments have transpired when I've taken a solo journey to different parts of the globe. These have been the times when I've surrendered and opened up in ways I never dreamed of. ✨Travel has a way of doing that... guiding us deeper along on our journeys both outward and onward.
