Avocado Toast
This is a great energy booster and can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or a snack. It's so versatile and you can mix and match flavors based on your cravings
Ingredients
- Two slices of bread of choice (Ezekial sprouted grain bread is one of my favorites)
- 1/2 avocado
- Himalayan salt
- Cracked pepper
- Crushed nuts of choice
- Any other spices of choice: cayenne, turmeric, cumin
**Makes one serving
Preparation
- Toast your bread on both sides.
- Smash on avocado with a fork.
- Top with salt, pepper, crushed nuts and other spices.
