Our female bodies have powerful energy systems that can support and guide our lives as we tune into our own inner nature, seasons, creative essence and health.

This book Wild Feminine changed my relationship with my own body and has changed the way I interact with clients over the last decade.

We were not born with a guidebook; but our connection and disconnection to/from our bodies comes from all of our life experiences. Tami Kent wrote this book after working with thousands of clients. It’s a culmination of stories, practices, meditations, guidance, inspiration, rituals, and re-weaving the threads back to the potency of our bodies and spirits.

Each week, we will explore one chapter from the book each session through conversations and explorations. You will also be given a practice and prompts to explore on your own after our weekly gathering.

Each week is recorded in case you want to revisit it or if you can’t be there for the live journey.

Gathering together with other women (even in a virtual cocoon) is sacred. It brings us back into the deep shared connection we have with each other. Although our lives can be very different, there are shared experiences of womanhood. It’s liberating, empowering and deeply healing.

This Book Group is open to women throughout the spectrum of life from

bleeding years through the wise crone years.

It’s open to woman who have birthed and not birthed children.

It’s open to women who are ready to return back to the magic of the feminine body.

Each session is recorded and shared into our group’s library where you can access recordings and conversations between our sessions.
