Take your massage oil in your hands and rub your palms together to warm it up. Add your essential oil if you would like to use one.
Bring both of your hands to heart chakra. Invite deep inhales to move in through your nose and exhale out through your nose.
Choose an intention or affirmation that resonates with you and your heart chakra.
Begin to lightly rub in upward and outward circles.
Take both hands and bring them over to your left breast. Inhale and exhale.
Start at the nipple, use your fingers to make slow, smooth strokes away from the nipple in all directions.
Once the breast is covered with oil, gently knead it by lifting with both hands from the chest and pressing very delicately.
Use one hand on the top of the breast and other hand on bottom of breast. Repeat 10 times.
Gently draw your breast tissue out towards your underarm.
