As we step closer towards the end of one calendar year, we embrace the energy of Grace.

Winter is the season of deep, inner restoration. We rest our minds and bodies, so we can re-emerge in Spring feeling refreshed and energized.

As we move into this sacred season, it is a powerful time for reflection. Reflection on all aspects of life. Reflection on the year that is winding down and all that was presented: the blessings and gifts, the joy and lightness; as well as the challenges, losses, heaviness, sorrow and grief. We reflect on the life and death cycles (physically and emotionally).

Our time together will be a sacred and safe invitation to be with the full spectrum of emotions and the year you experienced.

We will move through rituals, breathwork, journaling, somatic practices to soothe and nourish the nervous system, as well as wind down our time together with an invocation for the year ahead of us.
