Our time will be dedicated to creating space for releasing old & stagnant energy as well as an intention setting practice. This sacred space is a time to be with all that lies within, honoring your own cycles of life/death/rebirth & invoke a deep awakened connection.

We will move through breathwork, gentle movement, self massage and somatic exploration.
