Sunshine Kate's, in collaboration with The Yoga Loft and Honey Hollow Farm, are delighted to be offering another nourishing retreat! Honey Hollow Farm is a magical setting of an organic farm in New Hope, PA that reminds us to soften into the healing properties of Nature.
Layla, Dee and Kate invite you to Honey Hollow Farm to gather and embrace the beauty of the season to ground into the imminent change of seasons inviting in our breaths, some movement, nourishment from the farm and medicine making with the earth's offerings.
We will nourish our bodies and cultivate whole body self-care tools to support the rhythmic seasonal transitions into Autumn.
