Join Belmar Clay Project and Sunshine Kate’s on Wednesday, March 20th with the energy of the Spring Equinox for an evening dedicated to ritual.

As we travel through the wheel of the year and now open up to the energy of the Spring Equinox, it's a time for regeneration, renewal, growth and expansion in our lives.

And what better way to gather than in community and use our hands to create.

Pottery is the oldest art in civilization.

Rachel will lead us through hand building a personalized table top planter. During this workshop you will practice texture printing on slabs then will mold the clay into your planter.

Kate will lead us through a Spring Equinox ritual to honor this cyclical journey. We will explore a practice to release and exhale the energy of winter and then open up to embrace the creative and vibrant energy that Spring brings with her. We will plant our wildflower seeds with intentions as we embark into the blooms and vitality of Spring.

This class is for ages 16+ and price for the class includes clay, firing and glazing of your wall hanging. Space is limited therefore, preregistration is required. All pieces will be ready for pick up 4-6 weeks following the class date.

All of our workshops are BYOB friendly.
