This is also a dynamic time of year when we as women are being beckoned to slow down and prepare to 'winter', yet the pace of life doesn't make that feel so easy to access. We have moved so far away from our innate nature to sync with the seasons, to slow down and to rest so we rejuvenate.
In our workshop, we will invoke the energy of the winter season and align with the energy it can offer us.
Through conversation, self-massage, breath and ritual, we will travel through a journey where we can connect with our inner wisdom and reclaim the art of rest. Yes, rest!
You will leave with a toolkit of self-care practices to support you feeling grounded and revitalized through this final month of the year and carry through the season of winter.
