Beach Yoga: A Sacred Start to Your Sunday

There’s something magical about greeting the day with bare feet in the sand and your senses receiving deep nourishment.

Join me for a blissful way to start your Sunday—connecting deeply with Mother Earth, returning home to yourself, and sharing space in heartfelt community. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and align with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom within.

All levels are welcome. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or simply curious, come exactly as you are.

We'll be gathering every Sunday all summer long, through September. Bring your mat, your open heart, and a willingness to receive the gifts the ocean has to offer.
